Hi, I am Bob Milhoan and I’m an agent with Hembree & Associates in Sarasota Florida. Hembree & Associates is one of Southwest Florida’s premier full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms. My 25 years of background in marketing for industries ranging from real estate, to manufacturing, to media, to construction, gives me a unique ability to “see” the potential for properties and their uses. For buyers, that means I can find properties that will fit your needs that other agents may overlook. For sellers, it means I have the skill to effectively target the marketing efforts for any property directly to the greatest audience of potential buyers. Before entering the commercial real estate business, I was Sr. Vice President of a firm in the Multi-family Housing industry targeting REITS and Property Management companies nationwide.  

I am very active with the Sarasota Association of Realtors ®, Commercial Investment Division, Public Policy Committee, and the Task Force for Non-dues Related Income. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida, and the Immedate Past Vice-Chair of the Manatee / Sarasota Alumni Association. My volunteer work includes sitting on the marketing committee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota, and the SPCA Honor Sanctuary.

Last but not least, I am a member of the Sarasota Sportsmen’s Association and fish tremble at the sound of my name!
