Hi, I am Bob Milhoan and I’m an agent with Hembree & Associates in Sarasota Florida. Hembree & Associates is one of Southwest Florida’s premier full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms. My 25 years of background in marketing for industries ranging from real estate, to manufacturing, to media, to construction, gives me a unique ability to “see” the potential for properties and their uses. For buyers, that means I can find properties that will fit your needs that other agents may overlook. For sellers, it means I have the skill to effectively target the marketing efforts for any property directly to the greatest audience of potential buyers.
I am serve on the board of directors for Sarasota Association of Realtors ® and the Commercial Investment Division, as well as chairman of the Public Policy Committee. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida.
